What is Band ?

The band is a fixed label a company can give to its employees for cataloging purposes. In Payroll, you can create different Bands and assign them to the employees with the same.

Overview :-

The band is a feature that helps to catalog the employees accurately.This setting is used to assign the employees and with the help of these employees can classify according to there work and levels. This setting can provide the proper classification of an employee.

Use Case :-

Assume a company name with Abhishek Industries Private Limited. In this company 500+ employees working. This is a textile company so due to the textile process employees categories with different levels according to there working process. In this case, HR can use the Band for fixing the proper classification of employees according to the there working process.

Steps to be performed :- Following below steps to create band master :-

1. Click on Enrollment.

2. Click on Band.

3. Input Band code

4. Input Band description

5. Click on save & continue

6. User can view the Band report with the click of report icon.
