What is Department ?

 The section of department it help for company for maintain possible entries for the department field.This field appears on the detail screen for business partner.It is also use for company to show the production of material in the field of department.

Overview

In Zen scale's system the feature help for consumption to show the production of consume material in department field.It also help for clarification of material in which department has so much consumption.The feature help for tracking the consume material in a department field.

Use Cases

Supposed that there is a company of shri Sai Pvt Ltd.The company did their worked related to material consumption manually.

When the company are with Zen scale's system ,the company implemented the feature of Department. The department feature help to company for consumption sub module in which the identification of material in which field the material has so much consume.By using this feature the company get easy way track for showing the production of material and where they can add the field of department.

Steps to be performed

1. The page will open.

2. Click on consumption

3. The page will open.

4. Click on department master.

5. The page will open and fill the necessary field.

6. After that click on save and continue.

7.It will show that department has been added.

8.To edit about the created department click on edit icon.

9. To see the report as usual required click on report.

10. The report will show of created department.

11. The report will also import through excel by clicking on download option.

Here, the department feature use in consumption sub module.

I.First we have subscribe the app of consumption setting.

II.Then click on consumption setting

III.Then after on the setting of cost center.

IV.It is used for transaction create consumption order.

V.After clicking on consumption fill the all data as required and click on add item.

VI.The page will open and there is created department will show,
