What is Priority in Zen Task?

In Zen Task Priority is a Master that can be used to categorize the urgency of all created tasks. Priority feature can be used in different ways depending on the type of industry.

Overview

In Zen Task Priority master is an extra layer used to identify the task based on their set priorities. Users can search the tasks and filter the dashboard view based on their priorities so that they can complete the high priority tasks first.

Use case:

Suppose there is a consultant company that is working for their clients to recruit employees based on their Job profile. They want to filter the tasks based on their priorities. In this scenario, the user can create the priority list like Low Priority, Standard and High Priority.

Steps to Create List

1. Click on Setting icon

2. Now activate Priority setting

3. Then, click on Priority

4. Enter Priority Code

5. Now,input Description and click on Save.

6. You can Check or Delete the saved Priority list from the table on the right .

7. Priority assignment at the time of Task Creation.

8. Dashboard view based on priority.
