What is Activate User in Zen Task?

Activate user is the feature in which organisation can decide which users they want to take part or activate for Zen Task Module.


If a client is using different modules in zenscale and want to only activate zen task for some of the user, they can use this feature to activate the created users for zen task module only.

Use case:

Suppose there is a consultant company that is working for their clients to recruit employees based on their Job profile. They are also using Zenscale Payroll module, but they don't want the payroll users to be shown or assigned any task in Zen Task. So they have to "Activate" the users which they want to be active in Zentask module only.

Steps to Activate User

1. Sign in-to Zen Task

2. Click on "My Account"

3. Click on "Read More"

4. Fill the required fields and click on "Save"

5. Click on setting and then open the "Activate Users" setting.

6. Select the users you want to be active in Zen Task.

7. Click on Save, your selected users will be activated in Zen Task Module.
