What is Muster Reports ?

The Muster reports are standard reports that come with the translation of data. Muster reports provide the data in a standard format which is more helpful while Audits.

Overview :-

Muster reports provide Standard Reports added to the Report / Letter Planner & the SQL Query Planner provides a full range of information to the users on what all they need from an Attendance / Payroll Application. Zenscale provide Two muster reports for Attendance which is:-

  • Muster Day Stamp
  • Chronological Muster

These are the two standard reports which are using for View attendance of employees. These reports provide clear and manageable data for attendance.

Use case :-

Suppose a Company name with Abhishek Industries Private Limited. In this company 1000 employees working. Due to high manpower HR facing issues while checking the attendance of employees. In this case, HR can use Muster reports for attendance. Muster reports provide a proper number of day present, paid week off, working hours, the unpaid week off, paid holiday, unpaid holiday, overtime hours and short hours etc.

With the help of this data HR manages overtime hrs of employees and short hours without any issue. Auditors can also find the correct data from these reports.

How to View Muster Reports :- Following below steps to view Muster Reports :-

  • Muster Day Stamp:- In muster day stamp report User can check department wise and employee wise number of present and absent days count. Below is the path to check report:-

1. Click on Attendance.

2. Attendance > Muster Day Stamp

3. Select Duration Type (Month wise or Date wise).

  • Month wise for monthly data and date for few days data

4. Click on Month wise.

5. Select month and year which attendance data you want

6. Click on Search.

  • Chronological Muster :- In Chronological muster report User can check department wise,employee wise, Entity wise and section wise attendance data of employees.Below is path to check the report :-

1. Click on Attendance.

2. Attendance> Chronological Muster

3. Select Employee whose attendance you want to check

If you want to search whole companies data, there employee selection is not required

4. Select Duration Type (Month wise or Date wise).

Month wise for monthly data and date for days wise data

5. Select Month wise.

6. Select month and year which attendance you want to check

7. If user want to show Short Hours, OT hours and work hours then click on check boxes.

8. Click on Search.

9. Here you can check and verify the chronological muster report.
