What is Classification in Zen Task?

In Zen Task Classification is a Master that can be used to classify the group of tasks. Classification features can be used in different ways depending on the type of industry.


In Zen Task Classification master is an extra layer used to identify the task based on their classification. Users can search for the tasks and filter the dashboard view based on their classification.

Use case:

Suppose there is a consultant company that is working for their clients to recruit employees based on their Job profile. They want to filter the tasks based on their job profiles. In this scenario, the Job profiles can be maintained in the form of Classification.

Steps to Create Classification

1. Click on Setting icon

2. Now activate Classification setting

3. Then, click on Classification

4. Enter Classification Code

5. Now,input Classification Description and click on Save.

6.You can Check or Delete the saved Classification from the table on the right .

7. Classification usage in Task Creation.

8. Classification view in Dashboard
